This special product from our “EARLY HARVEST” series with a unique and intense green olive flavour;

It is obtained from the first and rare grains of the harvest period in September – October, by processing the green olives collected from the adult olive trees of the Marmara and Gulf region at 15 – 20 ° C with the “Cold Pressing method.”

The colour is dark greenish due to the fact that only green olives are pressed.

Since it is not filtered, it has a very pleasant flavour. For this reason, it is an ideal extra virgin olive oil for breakfast, sauces, cold appetisers and salads.

It is carefully packaged for our customers who want to feel the taste and smell of olive oil intensely.
Freezing below 6 °C and not deteriorating its quality when thawed is the most important proof that this olive oil does not contain additives.
