This special product from our “EARLY HARVEST” series, which has a unique and intense green olive taste; It is obtained by processing the green olives collected from the first and rare grains of the harvest period in September – October, from the adult olive trees of the Marmara and Gulf regions, by “Cold Pressing” method at 15 – 20 °C.
Its colour is dark greenish due to the fact that it is pressed only from green olives.
Since it is not filtered, it has a very pleasant flavour. Therefore, it is an ideal extra virgin olive oil for breakfast, sauces, cold appetisers and salads.
It is carefully packaged for our customers who want to feel the taste and smell of olive oil intensely.
Freezing below 6 °C and not deteriorating its quality when thawed is the most important proof that this olive oil does not contain additives.
Cold pressing ensures that there is no loss of vitamins and minerals.
